Commissions are only paid for valid sales fro which we receive payment. Commissions are
null and void for sales transactions that are subsequently reversed by refund or charge
back for any reason, including credit card fraud.
Any taxes due on commissions paid are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.
Happymediumbooks.com reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate applicant. We
also reserve the right to terminate any affiliate partner who does not follow the basic
program terms or is inactive for more than 60 days. Affiliate program details are subject
to change.

address. You can change it in the Change Details page.
